Share only information, code and media you are entitled to use. Describe software status and included services accurately. Do not use the platform to distribute malware, gain unauthorised access, impersonate another person or solicit confidential credentials.
Quotes and conversations are not payment protection.
An indicative price or proposal does not establish an escrow service, reserve funds or guarantee a seller’s performance. Do not treat a simulated payment flow, test ledger or demonstration timer as a real financial transaction or provisioned server.
What must be completed before paid services open.
- The legal operator’s identity, contact address and relevant business details.
- Buyer and seller terms describing the contracting parties and the platform’s role.
- Clearly disclosed charges, tax treatment and payment/payout arrangements.
- Cancellation, refund, dispute and complaint procedures appropriate to the offered services and customers.
- Hosting acceptable-use rules, resource limits, retention and shutdown policies.
- A completed privacy notice and data-handling arrangements.
